Hi Peas!
Today I'm bringing you a fun challenge! One that I don't do a lot, but when I do, I'm REALLY happy with the results. It's to ScrapLift YOURSELF!
I created a page not to long ago that I was really happy with how the design turned out. It was unlike many of my pages, and I loved that about it. So today, I decided to lift it and put a new spin on it.
I added more photos and eliminated some of the patterned paper elements on the side to accommodate for those new additional photos. The orientation became further to the left of my page rather than the right. I also used an entirely different color scheme. I maintained a couple of the embellishments that I loved like the tab at the top of the photo montage and the linear button strips, but other than that, I used my new page to dictate where my embellishments became located on my page. Side by side, though they still have a pretty similar feel to it without being identical, which I love.
Have you every lifted YOURSELF? If not, I challenge you this week to give it a go! If you do, I'd love to see the new project as well as the lifted project, that makes it more fun to see the comparison, but not necessary.
