Challenge - Weekly Challenge: speech bubble by ljbridges posted 12/22/12 Galleries: Scrapbooking, Cardmaking This week's challenge is in the form of a card instead of a layout, but feel free to apply it to your scrapbooking! Speech bubble, thought bubble, word bubble…whatever you call them, let's use them! Cut out of paper or used in veneer form…maybe stitch a bubble or stamp one. How can you add a thought bubble to your project? For mine I cut out two speech bubbles with my Cameo. The one on the left had “dude” cut out of it while the one on the right got the wood veneer treatment. For some interest I added washi tape to the back of each word so it peeked through. Simple and looks like a fun card for anyone, but especially a teenager. :) Load up your version to this challenge and we'll pick a winner of a $5 gift card to Two Peas and announce it on the Two Peas blog next Saturday. |
