Hey Peas! Excited to be able to share this challenge with you all. It's one of my favourite things in photos! Bokeh just adds a dreamy quality to photo's, and my two example photo's have it in tiny doses.

Bokeh refers to the pretty blur you get when parts of the image are out of focus. It is basically how the camera renders light that is not in focus. You will get the best bokeh when you have a light source or reflection in the background. A favourite of mine is light streaming through trees. Or better yet this time of year is great to take advantage of lights on your Christmas tree. Simply set something/someone in front of the lights, and use a shallow depth of field focusing only on the item/person.
