Video - From Start to Finish Video: November Blessings by Nichol Magouirk posted 02/23/11 Galleries: Scrapbooking This week's layout is another collage style layout that shows an entire month at a glance. Many of the aspects of the layout are the similar to previous layouts: collage style photos, die cut title. However, I used a "layered" background design and included resin flowers and ribbon tabs sewn on with vintage-inspired buttons to soften the layout. I combined MME Stella & Rose Hattie collection papers and embellishments with Echo Park For the Record Papers. They both have great vintage flair and work perfectly together. CHALLENGE: This week's challenge is to add some ribbon to your page. Watch Video Below|November Blessings |

Nichol, thank you...I learn so much from your videos. A few questions: what printer do you use to print your photos? what photo paper?

Love this layout and the MME patterned paper colllection! What fonts did you use on your Silhouette to cut the title? They are great!

s2000girl, the title was created with designs from the silhouette store not fonts. The designs are: november_outline_C00704_19547 & count_your_blessings_C00671_19547. Hope this helps!

Nichol, another super layout! I just bought all of the months outline from Loni Stevens last night for silhouette and can't wait to use them. You have such an amazing knack for combining pattern papers. I love to see how it all comes together:) I look forward to the 1st of the month and every Weds so I can watch your amazing tutorials.

I just wanted to say that I learn so much from your videos! I am not very good at combining patterned papers and I love the way you always explain how you choose which papers you are using. I know I will be watching the videos over and over. Thanks for the time it takes to do these each week!

Another knock-out. Love watching these. Can't think you enough for filming the process and giving us the insight into your process. I think one time you should film the pulling paper part. *wink* Fab LO - love it!!

I am new to photoshop elements 9. can you explain how you made the collage of photos?

TCollins726, I use Photoshop, not Photoshop Elements so I am not sure how comparable they will be but I am working on creating a video tutorial for 2peas showing the creation of the photo collage. It will likely be mid-March. I will post when it is up. Thank you!

Fabulous page for use when there are multiple photos needed to convey the event! I love the use of layering on this page and the coordinated embellishments. Thanks to TCollins726 for asking the photo collage question. I look forward to your March tutorial on the creation.

I am also looking forward to seeing your collage come to life. I also use PSE but some of the steps are similar, so awaiting this video. Thank you for putting these videos together.
