Video - Finally Friday - Sunny Days by Kristina Werner posted 03/18/11 Galleries: Stamping, Cardmaking For this week's Finally Friday card, I wanted to make a bright and cheerful yellow card. :) I ended up choosing a bunch of different predominantly yellow patterned papers from four different 6x6 paper pads. I brought them all together in a sun-ray paper pieced design. Anyhow, enjoy! CHALLENGE: Use patterned paper from different collections and different companies. Be creative! wow... When I realized I had to make a birthday card, I thought Id give this a try. As I was doing it...I was thinking-i dont like this mix mash of pp--it looks too chaotic for me... but when I was done and saw the finished product... i absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVED it! Thanks for the inspiration!

Beautiful! I will absolutely try this technique of making the pattern and cutting it out soon. I need to use up a bunch of 6x6 paper pads. I love it when you use those!
