Love this card, I actually really love that the background is bold and colourful - that's what caught my eye :)
Look forward to trying this technique with my growing supply of washi tape...
Cute! Where do you get the plain Manila tags? I couldn't find them at Office Depot...

I have a washi tape addiction like so many of you and decided to use a bunch of it on my card today. It's super colorful, and cute, perfect for my little niece. The patterned papers I used are from Bella Blvd, and Basic Grey. The chipboard and stickers are also from Bella Blvd, and the jewels (love!) are by Prima.
