@pennypumpkin - thank you so much! I'm using an app on my phone called PicFrame. I do make some of them on my computer using Lightroom, as well.
I just discovered these free Project Life classes, how awesome is this! :D This video helped a lot, especially since I'm doing a super small PL - mine's only 6x8". It's the first time I'm doing PL and I thought I could never ever fill up a 12x12" spread, so I started with the tiny version, but now I find I love it so much I have too many photos almost EVERY week, lol. I find it completely fascinating how quick you pulled that spread together - I always need ages!! Makes me think I need to work on my workflow, haha..
What app are you using to create collages on your phone tho? :)
Melissa, your PL videos and pages are always so inspiring! I love your style and tips!
Super cute layout! love the flip up photo and will need to remember that. Thanks for the inspiration
Another inspiring PL video! Thanks Melissa for sharing your talent!
I agree, BRILLIANT!!! Thank you for sharing!
Video - Project Life : Squeezing in Extra Photos
Galleries: Project Life
In this week's installment of Project Life at Two Peas in a Bucket, I'm continuing to answer questions posted in this thread [twopeasinabucket.com] on the message boards. For July I'm tackling the question of how to handle a week with a big event where lots of photos were taken. Tips include five different ideas for squeezing some extra photos onto your layouts along with some thoughts on how to decide which photos to include.
You have two choices for your creative challenge this week- either use one of the ideas presented to add extra photos to your page, or if you don't have additional photos you need to include, try custom-coloring an element as I did with the Pink Paislee Artisan word and a set of inexpensive markers.
Thanks so much for stopping by to check out this week's Project Life video!
