Video - Seeing Double: Dream Come True
Galleries: Scrapbooking, Cardmaking
Even though I have a Silhouette (and use it regularly!) I still love the convenience and ease of packaged die cuts. They are fun, colorful, and printed on a variety of materials (like heavy weight vellum and acrylic) that I don't normally have on hand to use with my die cut machine. Plus, there's a huge range of die cut options in the Two Peas store to match any color palette or page theme.
In this episode of Seeing Double, I'm using these packaged die cuts (and very few other supplies) to create a layout and a card. I'll show you how I layer them with other elements to create a colorful and dimensional design, and offer up some tips for adhering the vellum and acrylic shapes.
Hope you enjoy this week's video and please let me know if you have any questions - I'd be happy to answer them in the comments!
**CHALLENGE: For this week's Seeing Double challenge, incorporate at least 5 die-cut shapes on your layout. Upload to the correct challenge gallery before the end of the month to be eligible to win a $10 Two Peas gift certificate.
