Thank you for showing how to use a glitter border. I have some of those from the Far and Away collection and I've been struggling to figure out how to use them without having them overpower my page.
Wonderful, Shimelle. I love how you mixed in old product. When you started talking about a band that did not have an English name, I was wondering if it might be Sigur Ros. My husband loves them.
I loe the LO Shimelle! I love the colors, the placement, everything!
Love the layout of this page. Thanks for pointing out that it can be used for 2 - 4x6 photos as well. Glitter Girl, I was doubtful when you pulled out that gold glitter border, but it looks beautiful with these colors. I should know better than to ever doubt GG! Maria
This is so unbelievably brilliant. I am in love with this page and it is so fun to see some of your older pages again too! Totally remember that icanhaz page :)
Thanks for your take on panorama's and the additional examples! I have LOTS to scrap! :)
Video - Glitter Girl Adventure 079: Plan a Proper Panorama
This week Glitter Girl takes on the design challenge of panoramic photos, inspired by this discussion [twopeasinabucket.com] on the General Scrapbooking board here at Two Peas. Her adventure takes her through a few existing layouts in search of an adaptable design, then through a new layout from start to finish.
For more inspiration with panoramic photos, don't miss these projects from the Garden Girls:
Dream Big by Corrie Jones [twopeasinabucket.com]
Beach Bound by Marcy Penner [twopeasinabucket.com]
A Day in the Sun by Lilith Eeckels [twopeasinabucket.com]
Come along for the adventure, won't you?
Now it's your turn, and this week you can choose your own challenge. Either scrap a panoramic photo, or if you don't have a panoramic print, take the challenge to scraplift yourself! Pick an older page you love and rework the design for something new. Either option is fine, and you're welcome to combine the two! Don't forget to check the box for this challenge in step four of the uploading process.
