Wonderful l/o! Love the colors and the layers. What a great looking young fella! Maria
I love your work. You make this look so easy that I can't wait to try to copy this page at home.
I always enjoy your videos so much and I love your style. Thanks!!!
Always love your designs! Really love the 3 photos...your littlest is looking so grown up!!
This design is fantastic. As always thanks for sharing your talents!
Thank you for doing some boy clusters! Great examples. I feel like girly clusters come very easily to me (lots of flowers!) :) but I struggle making nice clusters for boys. So I really enjoyed watching you make these - thanks!
Video - Seeing Double: Best Day Ever
In this week's “Seeing Double” video, I wanted to share how I create clusters on my layouts. To do this, I gather some of the following items: file folders, die cut cards, pockets, tabbed items, tidbits, and stickers.
To create a cluster, I'll begin by layering a variety of items onto one another. I'll change my mind several times and move things around until I get things just right. I try to choose items that vary in size, color, and style. This is a GREAT opportunity to use up leftover items. Simply make sure they match the theme, style, and color scheme of your layout.
I also create a clustered card to show you that you can use this same technique for card making.
Want to see how I incorporated all these items onto the layout and card? Simply watch the start-to-finish video here:
I've suggested the types of products you'll want to consider when creating clusters. Look at what you already have on hand. Then consider adding additional product types to your stash the next time you shop.
