Wow this layout is giving me flashbacks to debate team practice too! City Champs '98 ;)
I really need to find a photo of our team when I visit my Mom this summer. I'll get to revisit Green & Gold :)
What an awesome idea! I seriously need to dig through my high school pics! Wonderful lo!
Love this! Great ideas on collecting photos and beautiful layout. Glitter Girl, when you take pictures of photos belonging to other people - is there a particular kind of camera that works better for this?
I really like the purple and mint (or whatever green colour is.... I forget what you said right at the start, sorry). And i loved the use of background stamps in the last layout, because it adds depth and layers. It's really cool what you do. Have learnt so much from you GG.
Thanks for all the ideas for gathering childhood photos. I have a 1980s pinterest board where I gather photos of things I remember from my childhood. I want to use them to scrap some childhood memories I don't have photos for.
Glitter Girl, I love the "angles" on your l/o - so much more eye-catching. And you look adorable in your little plaid outfit. Maria
Video - Glitter Girl Adventure 111: Find your Photos
This week Glitter Girl focuses on gathering photos to scrap your own childhood memories. Her adventure takes her through her five top locations for finding the images to accompany your written memories, then through a new scrapbook page from start to finish, featuring one photo found through a Facebook friend and another from her school yearbook.
Prefer some inspiration for scrapping those stories without the photos? Check out Adventure 064: No Pictures No Problem [twopeasinabucket.com].
Come along for the adventure, won't you?
This week Glitter Girl encourages you to get the case for some photos that will help you tell the stories of your childhood, and if you're able to make a page, please share it with us in the gallery! Happy scrapping!
