Oh no I hadn't heard that yet. My dh's cousin is friends with one of the moms. This makes me so sad for those sweet girls. |

They are similar in age to my daughter and her cousin. Their sweet faces just make me tear up every time I see them on the news.
I am praying for their families, and for the person who knows what happened to them, and that they know the comfort and nearer presence of God.

As sad as it would be, as a mother I would sure rather know that to live my life forever wondering if they were okay or hurt or being used for who knows what.
I wish we could just take the creeps who did this (and all similar crimes) out back of the courthouse and use them for target practice until their bullet riddled bodies hit the ground in a bloody pulpy mess! |

I wonder why the police and federal authorities believed they were alive the entire time.
I'm not sure the police actually felt like there were alive but the mom (if memory serves me correctly) was just adamant that they had been kidnapped and wouldn't even entertain the notion that something more sinister might have happened to them or that they entered the lake and drowned. There just wasn't enough evidence to point either way. |
