Today I test drove a Ford Fusion. I like the way it rides/drives and handles the corners. Next week I plan to take it for a couple hours, have my mom go with me, and run errands. Then I will see if I still like it.
Do any of the Peas have experience with this car?

Next week will be the one year anniversary of getting our Fusion. We've not had a single problem with it. It rides well, is comfortable and is getting about 34 MPG. This was the first year in over 30 that we have not owned a Toyota so I was really nervous about switching to Ford but we've been happy.

|Posted: 12/5/2012 5:50:32 PM|The Fusion I test drove was a 13'. It wasn't the sport version, which is what I would order. But I really liked the way it handled.
I'm still going to test other cars as well.\
Thanks for you input

I bought a 2010 Fusion in May. I love it! It is so fun to drive and has lots of fun features. We have three kids and I was worried about room but they all fit fine in the back seat.

I bought a new one in 2010 - and I love it. It has been my most favorite car. Mine is a 2011.

Have one and love it. It's a well built, reliable car. It handles well and is comfy.
It's a little cramped for tall people. My hubby hates it, but he hates cars, generally speaking, so take that with a grain of salt.

I don't have a Fusion, but I do have a 2012 Focus Titanium. I am telling you this because I love the technology. Check out the Ford Touch and SYNC. This is my 2nd Ford after having 5 Hondas. I trade every 2 years and I am planning on getting another Ford. I think the new Fusion looks great. I'll bet is drives like a dream too.

My future DIL has one and recently had to put close to $3,000 worth of work on hers because something went bad and actually fried parts of the engine. Ford knew there was a probldm but would notmake it good. Also I believe either the 2012 or 2013 Fisions are on the recall list.

froggy one - yes all production was stopped until the "kinks" were worked out and recalls were being taken care of. My dealer, who happens to also be a friend, was telling me about it.
All new ordered cars will come out with everything up to standard. Plus, I have always had good luck with our dealership. If something has gone wrong my salesman is right there to make it right again. They give us a loaner car and fix the issue right away.
