I'm just curious -- Do you ever worry that your kids will find your post on 2Peas and find out what they're getting for Christmas?

Mine are pretty little, I highly doubt they'd be looking on 2peas for anything or on the computer without me over their shoulder!

I would worry more about other things I've written here.

Not now. DD is twelve and has no interest in those "lame" message board where her old mom posts. Now maybe in a few years she'll realize she could find out what I'm saying on all sorts of stuff in regards to herself but I think I'm safe for now. And even then I don't see dd as one to do that. I guess you never know though.

Mine are 5 and under. I'm more worried about wrestling the amazon boxes away from their greedy little fingers

Yes. Last year, I kept one step ahead of her and deleted any messages though....I plan to do that here soon.

I'm more worried they are going to open all the Amazon boxes sitting on the counter before I get home from work. They know their gifts are in there but so far they haven't tried to peek.

Nah. I don't think they even know that I post here.
They might have heard me mention a scrapbook message board but Im sure they wouldn't know the name of it, though.

Plus, my 9 year old doesn't have his own sign in for the computer, and my 13yr old has lost the privilege of using the computer until report cards come out and I see that his grades have come up.

No, but since I do tons of shopping on Amazon, I just went back in and erased my browsing history. I've begun doing that on a daily basis since they use our Amazon account as well.

My 9 year old doesn't even know that 2 Peas exists, and the 2 year old doesn't read. So I'm good.

No, it would be way easier for her to just look for the receipts I have in my purse or unwrap a corner of a gift than to come on here and try to find a gift post

Or she can just wait for her dad to start talking about one of her gifts. He has no idea how loud his voice is so she already knows she is getting a laptop <sigh>

No. My kids are 17 and 13 and they are just not snoopers.

I've stored the Christmas presents in the spare bedroom with the door locked for years and as far as I know they have never snooped. I have strategically placed things on top of the piles to test my theory and they are never moved. They both like the surprise, I guess.

This year I didn't even lock the door to the room they are in. I figure if they want to know what they are getting then they can go look. If they want to be surprised then they will be. It's their choice.

My nieces go shopping with their mom and know every single thing they will be opening. My kids have always commented that they like NOT knowing and can't imagine shopping for their own Christmas gifts. They give me a list and I purchase things from that list (along with some things I think they would like).

No.

My kids know exactly where I keep the gifts. If they want to ruin the surprise they can.

As far as I know they are not snoopers. I never was. I love the anticipation
