Glitter girl! I need help with my titles! You have a way with titles, either with the placement, the colors you choose for your letters, etc... I always seem to have a problem with that, which I always keep for the end and then, when I look at my page, I wonder: Ok, where am I going to place my title? What colors of letters am I going to use? So I would like to understand your process with this: do you decide of your title before you start your page? Do you know where you are are going to place it? Do you know what colors you are going to choose for your letter before you start? Help!

Good question. I'll give you my technique... I choose my title color when I chose the colors for my page. Most of the time I use the "secondary" color as the title to help it pop in the rest of the LO. I'm a actually thinking of the title during the entire design process. So I decide if it is going to be a prominate top of page title or a subtle title. Another trick is to cut a piece of scrap paper the approximate size of the Title and move it around the page like you would a photo. For the clever wording I use Totally Toppers and Titles: The Little Pink Book
Totally Toppers

Hope that helps,I'd love to see glitter girl address this.

thanks so much Scrappylily for your tips! I like the idea of the secondary color for the title, and the little pink book for titles! A trick I have seen on you tube vdeos(Mercytiara) when it comes to Title placement is to place your letters on waxed paper and move it around the page until you like it. The fact that you can see through the waxed paper helps a little. But I alwayd find that Shimelle has the perfect placement for her titles, and when I place mine, I am often disappointed in the result... Anyway! Hope Glitter Girl addresses this one, as I was always hoping she would in one of her videos but it never happened... just to prove how many different subjects we can address in the scrapbooking dilemma world!

What about inspiration for great titles? Where does GG find nest titles?
