I got up early and decided to visit my not-so-LSS today. It's about 1 hr 15 minutes away. I also have to drive past quite a few Michaels, TJ Maxx, and Marshall's stores. Can you all see where this is going???

I am now the proud owner of ALL the Color Shine colors, enough Thickers to title my life, more washi tape than my LSS, and two, yes I said 2, Vintaj Big Kicks. I plan to donate one as a door prize on a scrappy retreat I'm planning to attend in Sept. I also came home with quite a haul from my LSS as well, but alas they didn't have Lucky Charm.

But all hope is not lost! I did see a Vintaj box at a third store and passed it by.

Wow! That's quite a haul. I've been on a bit of a kick myself - placed a small J's order, then a BIG Two Peas order, then one stamp from an eBay seller. So, now I've decided I need to freeze for a while. The 60+ pieces of patterned paper I have on the way should tide me over for about a year!

I'm right there with you! Today I visited our local A's that is closing...not once but twice Then I stopped at TJM and scored on thickers Well, M's is right next door so I had to stop in there right?? After walking the store fifteen times I finally found the Heidi Swapp display hidden in the back of the store I left there with a bunch of goodies! Needless to say, I almost needed a uhaul to get all of my scrappies home!
This is not to mention all of the online orders I'm waiting on

Wow! I can't imagine what that would be like!! To have real life shopaholic scrappy buddies!
Last saturday(my vday present) I spent an ungodly amount at Archivers(my first time at a A's so I went a little crazy. It's like a two hour drive there). Wednesday I raided my M's for the new HS goodies. Thursday I ordered a pretty good size order from here. Today I planned out another trip to A's this coming Wednesday. I've been calling to find a babysitter for my day trip to A's. cause once I step into that store I don't want to be distracted by my two year old monster(he would be tearing that place apart within minutes! ).
Thankfully I have a husband who enjoys indulging me

I'm glad I'm not alone!! I said to myself just the other day.. "Am I crazy? I have spent a small (or should I say BIG) fortune on scrapping goodies I just placed a BIG order from twopeas, gonna place another one on Monday, plus the 7 packages I recieved in the mail this week. A nice shopping trip to ms for the heidi swapp products & I'm gonna take a drive to TJM this week & ms again for those veneers! I guess the only way I can justify this crazy spending is the CHA releases I put away money for this purpose! So needless to say when the madness calms down.. I'm going frozen! Im gonna need rehab for shopping soon if I keep this up, that or im gonna put my poor DF in the poor house! Lol he must really love me! God bless him

I guess the central Florida Tj Maxx and Marshall's didn't get the memo to stock Thickers.... I've gone by the two in my vicinity almost every two days and still nothing. my jealousy meter rises with you lucky people finding them lol.

tell me about it!

$120 through amazon last night - 2 wrmk albums and 12 (yes, 12) pks of wood veneers and $50 tonight at m's - some brushes, some little star sequins, two sets of chipboard minis, th distress stains/crackle paint, and a few pks of washi.

grr... oh, and i also have enough paper to wallpaper several houses, an entire colander of washi, and quite a few drawers full of thickers.

it's addictive, i tell ya!

I am usually spend maybe $20 a month but this month I went flipping nuts! I have placed three orders with 2peas...they threatened to start yelling Norm! I went to M's the other day and bought...(bought so much I forgot what where). Today I had to run to the bank and transfer some money to buy a book for school and then had to stop by TJ Maxx on the way to Barnes and Noble...on the way to the bank I checked my mail...happy pea mail...washi addiction fed. I need to go on a budget .

Yes, well......we all have to start somewhere.

I'm so glad to know I'm not alone. in my defense, I only bought 4 Color Shines yesterday that finished out my collection. And about 12 rolls of washi but my overall collection is HUGE. I've gone Thicker in the head lately to be sure but again not all yesterday. But I will cop to being die cut machine crazy.

And this week there is a 50% off coupon.

Be gentle; I'm a delicate little flower

I'm in the process of unpacking my scrappy stuff, again, and trying to purge and organize. Yeah--I obviously lack self control also.

And, here we go...I only want to buy the HA mid-tone inks, and then, I'm done. Really. Seriously.
