Pancreatic cancer took my fil at 69 too. What a horrible disease.

I have fond memories of watching that show with my sisters - a staple of my youth.

Back then, people said I looked like Valerie Bertinelli.

I wish it was still true.

That is sad. She made some appearances as a nun on The Young and the Restless show a few months ago and I read then that she had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and was leaving the show. It was nice to see her again, even for such a brief time. I always loved watching One Day at a Time.

Pancreatic cancer is a horrible disease. DH lost a friend who wasn't even 40 to it.

I LOVED that show!

My mom always said, "I wish she'd wear a bra!"

My mom was old even in the 70s!

I loved that show! When I was in college in the 90s, there was a cable station that played reruns in the morning and every Tues and Thurs I got to watch 2 episodes before heading off to class. Good times, lol!

May she rest in peace. Cancer sucks.
