I am trying to eliminate artificial sweeteners from my diet.
Good-bye, beloved Diet Coke!
I see there is a Crystal light made with Stevia.
What else are you drinking other than water?
ETA: Yes, I know water is best. Chemo makes plain water tastes like I am sucking on a piece of aluminum foil so I have to have some flavoring in the drink. |

When I am in the mood for something that is not just flavored "regular" water, I've been drinking this...Lacroix 100% natural sparkling water. Just a hint of flavor + the bubbles that I need some times.

We drink unsweetened, flavored seltzer water. My favorite is mandarin orange, dh likes raspberry lime. We like infused ice water - strawberries, limes, etc. We also like the herbal and fruit teas from Teavana. I imagine as the weather gets warmer that we'll make pitchers of that to keep in the refrigerator. |

Water. Usually plain. But I do like La Croix which is a flavored carbonated water without any extra junk.
And then there's coffee. I do love my coffee and will not give up my morning cup o' joe (or two). |

I drink unsweetened iced tea.
I tried drinking water and I found I didn't drink very much because it's so boring. Never got into the head space of "OMG water with no taste or flavor is so amaaaaazing!" It'd take a sip or two and put it down and have to force myself to finish.

Water or water flavored by lemons, cucumbers, etc.
And stevia isn't a "natural" sweetener as many think. It still undergoes chemical modification to obtain the final product. Anything that undergoes over 40 steps to extract something is not natural in my opinion.... |

It is hard to eliminate artificial sweetener when you want something other than water and caloric free. I've been a sweet 'n Low person for years and went cold turkey last November.
I drink hot and cold tea w/lemon. Cold tea steeped with different fruit and mint leaves.
Water with different fruit that I make at night to take to school next day. It helps make it taste better if it sits overnight. |

I saw one of those magic weight loss detox drinks on Pinterest and made it. It's delicious! Can't say it will do anything for weight loss but encourages you to drink water. Add a cucumber and mint leaves to your water and let it absorb the flavors overnight. Delish! |

I usually drink water w/ lemon and tea (green or peppermint) w/ Truvia.
This morning I grabbed a Vitamin Water Zero. No calories, naturally sweetened (shows Stevia extract on the label), and no dye listed on the label (lemon flavor).

True Lemon
They have other flavors besides lemon and use Stevia to sweeten.
Ingredients: Crystallized Lemon [citric acid, lemon oil, lemon juice, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)].
No Preservatives and Gluten Free
That is what I drink in water.

Green tea. I add Splenda, but you could add Truvia or something else, or nothing. The mango green tea by Bigelow is good without sweetener and good both iced and hot.
Sobe LifeWater also has stevia (but it probably has dyes and definitely has additives).
You could also do water with lemon, cucumber, etc.

I drink iced tea made with two Lipton tea bags and two "Republic of Tea" Acai teabags. Love it! If you like the Acai taste, you can drink it without the Lipton ~ my understanding is that that is how Panera makes theirs (also using the Republic of Tea brand).
One thing to consider...if you are avoiding soy products at all, be sure to check the labels on teas. Many of them are made with soy. The Republic of Tea Acai tea does not contain soy products. |

Other than that, its water and tea. I drink lots of green teas, white teas (usually with a half a tsp of raw honey)and matcha green teas , no white sugars or sweeteners. I also like hot water with a slice of lemon or grated ginger or raw honey with cinnamon.
I love to experiment with drinks There are so many wonderful and beneficial drinks to play with, no need for the crappy stuff

Water most of the time. With lots of ice and a straw-that makes a huge difference for me.
And LaCroix when I need something with fizz. I was surprised to find that the grapefruit is my favorite flavor-I'm not a fan of grapefruit or anything else that's grapefruit flavored.
I trust Stevia about as much as I trust other artificial sweeteners-not at all.
