... who is into clothes? We got her a gift card (her request) but I want to put a little something with it and I have no idea what. This is the only gift she'll open at this side of the family's exchange so I'd love it if she had more than just the gift card to open.
I'd like to stay away from makeup bc her parents are pretty conservative and I'm not sure if she's allowed to wear it yet. Nail polish would probably be ok, though.

What about some hair ties or a hair wrap. Boot socks are also big around here right now. Or maybe a cute infinity scarf.

Target has a really nice Sonia Kashuk lip gloss set that is $10. I think it has 8 or 10 mini glosses in it. I picked one up for my SIL... it's cute!

The little anti bacterial hand sanitizers at Bath and body with a holder, they are usually 5 for 5 and they also have the scent holders for your locker that take the car air fresheners and they have cute little animals and things. Texting gloves, JC Penney had them for 3.50 the other day or a cute ornament.

Infinity scarves and jewelry too. My dd loves earrings, bracelets, necklaces. All of it. You can find fun things for great deals at Icing or Claires.

This weekend, the 11yo niece showed up w/ a glitter tattoo kit she said she'd gotten in a $10 gift swap. She was super excited about it! I know I've seen them at M's and there weren't coupon restrictions on them.

I had to buy 10 gifts in this price range this weekend for DD's friends (both boys and girls). I went to Rue 21 - they had 'buy one get one half off' on all sorts of fun stuff - beanies, gloves, scarves, wallets and their makeup. Their perfume/cologne was also on sale for $9.99/bottle. We got everything we needed there for a very reasonable price! And the kids all love that store (I personally don't care for it, but I'm not 14 either).

I would go to five below and find a few cute things.

I went to a high school concert last week and I swear 75% of the girls were wearing infinity scarves. I know you could get a cute one in your price range. My daughter has to do a gift exchange this weekend. She had me make a pair of boot cuffs for her person. Those are really popular here.
|Posted: 12/16/2013 7:40:15 PM|I wish we had that 5 & Below store! Rue 21 is a good idea. I never, ever go in there but you're right, that is TOTALLY this age's target market.

Definitely a scarf
Bath & Body Works anti-bacterial pocketpacks
Read BBW FB page late tonight or tomorrow for their Deal of the Day. They've had some great sales!! I recently bought a 2pk regular size gift set for $10 plus used coupons.
There are bracelets at Kohls (likely elsewhere, too) with leather/leather-like bands, dangling charms, usually one with a saying about friendship or the word love or believe, etc. Very popular with our 8th grade niece.

My about to be 12 year old niece loves those Rainbow Loom crafts. Is she in to anything like that? I keep seeing the different band kits whenever I go. Maybe a collection of those if she's in to the loom craft? Might be too young for her too.
