In the almost 1.5 years I have been doing this, I have 3 full size albums: 2 8.5*11 and one 12*12. I also did 2 mini albums. I only do photos from when I started and am not bothering (at this point anyways) to go back and do my childhood or anything like that, so at this point its a matter of not having enough photos...

Big ones (12x12 and 8 1/2x11) - 18 total.
Plus I have done tons of mini-albums and mini books.
(I only have one kid, and she graduated from high school last year, so I haven't done a whole lot since then!)

I started in '94 and have 87 completed albums. I'm not a super fancy scrapper, tho. Good enough, but it doesn't take me hours to make pages. I rarely spend longer than 15 minutes on a page.

I started scrapping in 1997 and had quite a few albums done when Hurricane Katrina hit and wiped out all my work. Since then (Aug. 2005) I have completed 58 albums and have 3 more in the works. I am not a real fancy scrapper, but not real plain either. I sometimes spend an hour on a layout (or more) and other times only 20 minutes.

Wow! Where do you store all of them, or have you given some away? I imagine at that pace you'll eventually need your own library!

I don't know what your definition of 'completed album' is.

I just have albums that are filled with pages.
Then I start putting pages in the next one.

No beginning. No end. No way to signify "this one is 100% done."

I have 1 12x12 done so far!

That's a lot for me considering how pokey I am. I'm OK with that though. I like working at my own pace even if that happens to be crawl speed. I have no deadlines for my books like a kid that's graduating soon so I MUST have his/her book done before then.

I've also only started scrapping in earnest in the last year or so. I started about 4 years ago but didn't have the motivation to scrap that I do now.

Those (the 87) are all my albums. I have them in my family room, all in chronological order. I've made other albums for gifts, but I didn't count them, I have no idea how many those would be.

I just have regular bookshelves and put the albums on them. The kids like to pull them down to look at various things, like a particular birthday, an injury, a camping trip, when they were born....you know how it goes.

How many "pages" are in an album? I've completed 1 12x12 that has close to 100 completed pages in it. I expand my albums A LOT. Otherwise, I have pages for another 12x12 ready to be put in the album and have started 2 other 12x12s. All of those albums will be expanded to hold at least 50 pages.

I just finished my 5th completed scrapbook. 4 12x12's, 1 8x8 and I have a 12x12 that is half finished, which is already 30 pages. I will be starting another one in two weeks or so. After my big vacation. My albums range from 40-75 pages. Oh I also have one completed digital album with 25pgs that was 11x8.5.

Going off the top of my head I'd have to say around 20 - 12x12's. I've made several smaller gift albums, but didn't count them.

Can't remember, but, last time I counted it was upward of 70. Too many! I have slowed down considerably. All are full-size, i. e., 10x10, 8.5x11, 12x15.

Pages completed so far in 2009: 237

More than 30. I'm just glad I have a lot of room in the closet (where the older ones are.) And ample room for a dozen or so on the bottom shelves of my scrap armoire.

I was just peamailing on this subject! LOL!

And it occurred to me that for as long as I've been scrapping, I have precious few personal completed scrapbooks to show for it. I have a 10 x 10 for DD's eldest and an 8-1/2 x 11 of DD's second child. I have an old 3-ring binder of the 1998 New England/Nova Scotia trip that DH and I had taken - that was my first album. Being new to scrapbooking at the time, I didn't realize that EVERYTHING I USED in the book should be AF/LF. Needless to say, I will need to re-do that one. I also have a few 8-1/2 x 11 Christmas LOs that I will be incorporating into my 12 x 12 family Christmas album which isn't near completed yet.

Over the years, I created various mini albums for friends and family as gifts. I remember creating a baptismal album, a friends album, baby album, and possibly some others that I can no longer remember off the top of my head. I wish I would have had the sense to photograph them before giving them away but I didn't think of that at the time.

Sometimes I wish I could go back to when I first started scrapping, knowing what I know now. But, of course, that's over and done with. All I'm going to concentrate on for now is staying motivated and completing the books that I have in the works: Family Christmas album, Alaska Vacation album (that I've had in the works for ages), my DD's first-year album, and a host of old family photo albums that need to be scrapped. Believe me, I have my scrapping work cut out for me for a long time to come!

AF/LF = Acid Free/Lignin Free

Oh, and let's see... I starting scrapping in around 2000, stopped for a couple of years, and then picked it back up again a couple of years later (maybe in 2004?). All of that being said, I only have 3 12x12 albums completed. And with those, there are still a few odds and ends to be done (some journaling, etc.). I've also done some mini albums, gift albums and a lot of scrappy-related projects. But as far as personal albums are concerned; not much! I'm an extremely sloooowww scrapper who easily gets overwhelmed when there are too many options, plus I'm a perfectionist who is not naturally artistically creative. Not a good combination of challenges!

I have them in chronological order on 2 awesome bookshelves my hubby made for me. Next week he is starting a third one for me. They are in my scraproom.

I scrap chronologically as far as the kids albums go, so I have to keep track of "How many albums do I have that are full?" As of right now, I have 7 12X12, but also have 6 others that are being filled! I have been scrapping for 5 years now!

I've been scrapping since 1997. I have:
two 8x8
two 7x7
three 8.5x11
42 12x12

Eleven were gifts, the rest are in my closet but I'm out of space.

I've completed 45 12x12 scrapbooks. I scrap chronologically so I just do it as life rolls along. I've been scrapping for more than a dozen years. And there are long periods of time (sometimes several months in a row) where I don't scrap at all. I just give myself permission to scrap when I like and go on hiatus when I like. Very casual.
