I got the Big Bite at Walmart today for $5!!! I bought one when they were $15, but wound up trading it to my sister, so was I happy to find this! They were still marked on the shelf as $15, but I checked one of those price checker things they have and it was $5!!
This was in West Virginia. |

I have learned recently that when something's on "clearance" that its usually cheaper than the price marked, especially if they've had them marked down a while.
So, if its on clearance at all and says one price, always check, it may be cheaper. I started to go on past it, thinking they were still $15 since that's what the price said, then I remembered reading on here that someone got one for $5, I figured I'd check it and wow, was I pleasantly surprised!
I wonder if we'll be seeing a bunch pop up on ebay because of this? |

They were $15 at the Walmart near me. I went ahead & picked it up because I have been wanting one. I don't get there very often, so I was afraid they would be all gone by then. I was there about a month ago & they had a whole end cap of them, today only about 10 of them. |

I got the little hand held one for $10 and was happy about that! I have to say that I once went to a Super Walmart and found beach buckets for $.25 (the huge castle one) and needed them for my sons bday party favors. I needed more and went to the little Walmart 3 miles away and they were $2.00!!! When I spoke to a Dept. Manager, they explained that different Wal-Marts mark down different items and at different prices due to their location, demographics and what is left in stock. I have found this to be true as I look at different Wal-Marts for clearance items!!!!

I was just thinking...an old neighbor(I've known her for 40 years) of ours works in the craft section at our WM, I'm going to ask her if she can give me a heads up on clearance prices(if she knows!!). |

This is unbelieveable!!! Both Walmarts in my town sent all the Big Bites back (to where I don't know). The clerk told me they couldn't sell one! Probably because I could use a 40% coupon at HL instead of paying full price at WM. I just can't believe they didn't mark them down!!! | |

I just *knew* I should've price checked the ones I saw last night.
They had the Big bite and the original in both pink and orange (the ones in the case with the eyelets) for $15.
