Yes I ordered from them several times last year. I was very happy with the customer service and ship time. They have some really good deals on new products.
If you are pre-ordering, just understand it might take a while to get your items. They show estimated dates of arrival and they update it if it takes longer.
I definitely recommend them. | |

I have, and it's been a good experience. Since their main business is pre-orders, it's a good thing to check their estimated ship times and policies so you know when to expect your package. Of course, a lot of it is entirely dependent on manufacturers, and they do try to keep everyone aware of changes in schedules (say, for example, when October Afternoon has delayed their shipments by a month or more). |

I've had a terrible experience there and since have founds others on blogs that will not use them again. I only have heard back from them afer numerous inquiries after threatening to call the attorney general in their state. I still after months am getting the run around and they still owe me about $100 in merchandise. I will NEVER shop at Stop and Scrap again! | |

I had a terrible experience with them. Placed two diff orders. Aug and Sep. I finally got them canceled last month. Don't know why they never got the items I wanted, in a timely manner. I ended up ordering them somewhere else before I canceled my orders with SNS. These other places had them two months before I did this. |

A lot has changed at stop and scrap in the last couple of years and most people are not happy with them anymore. | |

To me it seems they take much longer to get preorders in than just waiting and buying elsewhere in stock |

They are absolutely HORRIBLE. I did not receive my order until two and half months later and only after I complained.

Every time I ordered from them my package has taken months to get. They seem to always have an excuse. I ordered all in stock products on april 10th and here it is may 9th and it hasnt shipped yet! I will not be ordering there anymore. |

My experience has been horrible as well. They will never get another dime from me....and havne't since early last year.
They are masters at excuses and completely ignoring any attempt at communication.

I am currently having a HUGE issue with them. They offer free shipping by combining your orders if they are on Pre-order. I placed one last month knowing it may take a bit and then added two additional, one of which I have been billed for and it is not reflected on my account. Their *contact us* link will not submit no matter what I try and I finally went a round about way to contact them and received a *service ticket number* link that doesnt even work. That was over two weeks ago and nothing. I am thinking of contesting my orders via Paypal.
NEVER AGAIN and I knew I had to wait for stuff. | |

Please, if anyone has problems with Stop and Scrap complain to paypal!! I ordered from them in March and all my items are in stock and I still have not gotten anything. They are an extremely fishy company, if they were a decent one you would be able to contact them somehow. Oh, and their whole preorder crap, well paypal wont let you make disputes on anything 45 days or more. So how many people have they scammed this way?? They have about $80 of mine. And it's not that I am impatient, its that I should have the items by their own words, and I don't. They will not respond to any emails I have tried to contact them with. Decent companies don't do that. This company is a scam. I have ordered from them before and they were awesome. But I now have 2 orders unfulfilled and will never shop there again. | |
