I jumped on the wagon with copics, I have maybe 40.

Then I saw these.. in ACM. Spectrum Noir markers, in sets of 5 (maybe 6?) for 7.99

I tried one. Figuring I could always give it to my kids to use if they were that bad.

Well. I LOVE them. I colored with them and colored with copics, the colors are different of course but not the quality. I couldnt tell the difference or pick which one was the copic colored. They blend so nicely.. I need all 12 sets now!

I was checking these out, too, tjis weekend. In the end I wasn't sure about the quality, so I bought my first set of 6 Copics. Now, I am bummed.

I saw them in a catalog that some company always sends me. I'm glad they are equivalent, but I won't regret buying my Copics because I've had them for about a year now, and that's 12 months of coloring I wouldn't have had if I'd waited for the knock-off.

But going forward, I could see buying future color needs from Spectrum Noir's collection.

I ended up going with the Copics because I didn't see that the Spectrum had refillable ink or replacement nibs?

I bought a couple of sets today at AC Moore. I have about 6 copics but I didn't want to invest all that money right now. There are 6 markers in the spectrum noir pack. These seem like a good solution for me. I'll need to play with them a little to get used to them.

I was wondering how these compared to Copics, especially with the price difference. Now I need to do some shopping this weekend! TFS!

I have been back and forth. I watched a lot of you tube videos with mixed results.

I love my Spectrum Noir pens! I've been coloring like crazy, LOL! I even found a way to store the pens that I really like as I've got easy access and it makes them easy to carry around! I got the whole series at a big discount on http://zibbet.com (just do a search for Spectrum Noir) and thought I'd share!

I was wondering about these and Pro Markers.

Is it sad that I have all the Copics, but also want to try my hand at these as well
