I just recently started using mine, but I like:

Pacifico
Lobster
& Lauren

They are all script fonts. Will be interested in seeing other responses.

Brody is a good cursive font that welds nicely.

I love Pacifico and Lobster as well. I also just used Ballpark on a title and it was a great font for welding.

I love Channel & Lobster! Great script-fonts! I also just downloaded Bebas & Bebas Neue (A simple, non-script font.)

I have only used Impact and Blackout (both sans serif fonts) so far, both with good results.
