Anyone use their sil with a tablet or netbook?

I have the SD but plan to purchase either the Cameo or the Zing in the spring.

As long as your netbook or tablet has a USB port it should be doable. I have an iPad and it does not have USB, so that's a no go.

I have my cameo set up in my scrap room near my desktop. I also have a copy of the software on my laptop. Then I take my laptop to crops with my cameo.

I use my netbook with my sil exclusively. I thought the smaller screen would be a problem but if I zoom in its fine. My only worry is my lack of storage space on my netbook so I always keep a copy of my library on my external hard drive. I also just plug that in to my "big" laptop and use it if I have bigger more intricate projects I'm working on. It doesn't connect to the Internet for some reason and I'm too cheap to get it fixed. Plus it's big and heavy, old and slow. The netbook is faster, lighter, and way more portable.
