For me it was like 8 years in the making but it is sewing! Although I did not succeed in last night projects, I knew it was because my machine could not handle it with the needle and thread I have. To me it is finally mastering the technique.

LOL at the poster above me.

I don't think I've mastered any scrapbooking techniques. Although I've been at it for over five years I still feel like I am near the bottom of the learning curve!

Organizing my stash....does that count?

I wouldn't say I've mastered a technique, but I am very comfortable with misting and stamping. Wish I could master pattern mixing, layering, and my Silhouette Cameo.

I think I finally mastered NOT overthinking it. I used to take so long doing projects because I'd second guess the placement of every single thing. Now I just go with my instinct and stop messing around so much. I enjoy the process a lot more too.

Go for it!

Does remembering to put the cover on my ink pads before they dry out count as a mastered technique?

I think I've mastered stamping, pattern mixing, and using my silhouette. I would like to get more comfortable with embellishing, however. I have a hard time using more than one 'kind' of embellie.

Wow, I'm feeling the pressure here lol. I don't think that I have "mastered" any techniques. But I'm pretty good at shading and using loose glitter.

Handwritten journalling. I really like how my pages look now... and after 9 years of handwriting my journalling, I should hope so!

I have my PhD in Procrastinating, thankyouverymuch.

As far as scrappy techniques, can't say I've exactly mastered any per se, but I've gotten better at not getting the edges of the stamp to leave a mark on the page. Yep. That's about it.

I'm in that same boat with you. I just don't want to OVER embellish... I see so many layouts that are adorable with all these different embellishments, but am afraid to try it myself...

Sleeping - I have fallen asleep sitting here at my laptop! I'm the Queen Mother of the afternoon nap!

I'm also the master of the scrap lift! I don't know that I've ever had an original thought in my whole head. I even scrap lift my own layouts!

I don't know one technique I've mastered. I don't follow trends, although I might if I had more cash to spend on scrapping supplies. Shoot, I still can't figure out how to use my #@%&# Crop-o-dile! And I've watched a dozen tutorials! I hate that thing!

I've completely mastered the technique of Peaing instead of scrapping. I am an expert at procrastinating because I am a perfectionist. Now if I would just scrap instead of Peaing, I might master the art of scrapping. Must work on this.

Organizing. And reorganizing. Then reorganizing again a few days later.

I've gotten pretty good at figuring out sil studio. It give it credit for getting me back into the scrapping game instead of puttering around only making tons if cards that just sit around collecting dust.

Shopping for digis and being completely powerless against them.

as far as techniques, I don't like the term "mastered" because I think one should always be trying to learn and grow, but as far as "satisfied" goes I'm satisfied with my Copic colouring abilities. Like I said, I can always learn more and become better, but I don't look at my stuff and think it's crap anymore.

Another procrastinating hoarder here..

I would have to say I have mastered printing my photos. I have TONS. Now if I could just sit down and SCRAP them!! But that would interfere with my mad procrastination skills.

And I wouldn't have nearly as much time to Pea
Although I am quite good at that as well.

I need to go to my studio right now and master something scrappy!!
Someone make me go.

Wasting time in front of the computer...

I think I've mastered being satisfied with a 'good enough' page. Not every one needs to be a masterpiece and getting the story told is important too. There isn't any technique I'd say I've mastered, but I like what I can do with paper and products.
