Anyone else unable to get into the JYC forum?

I signed up for JYC and got the confirmation with a link to the forum; however, I can't get in. I took a class from Shimelle before and typed in what I thought was my username, but I can't get in. It doesn't seem to recognize my email (same as from earlier class) in order to reset the account either. Anyone else have a similar problem? I did email Shimelle a couple times, but not sure if she got it so thought I'd ask here. Just want to make sure I can get into the forum before the class starts! Can't wait!
