Every month the PTO at our school does a teacher appreciation gift for the teachers. We have 165 teachers so it needs to be inexpensive. We did the snowman candybars last year. Im looking for an idea for December this year I usually try do spend about 30- 50 cents per person. I have a scrappy stash that comes in handy. Any ideas?

Last year, I bought Christmas coffee mugs 75% off at Walmart's after Christmas sale. They were only .25. I pulled them out this year, put a pack of hot cocoa and a plastic spoon (you can get red and green spoons from the dollar store) and made a cute tag for the handle. DONE! So, if you do this yearly, keep that on mind for next year.

I bought 3.5 x 5.5 pads from Staples and covered the back and top flap with pp, added a pen and tied them together. Looks pretty on their desks and great way to use old paper !
