I've ordered from here for years. I don't order often, not because I don't want to but I can't. I've never had a problem, ever. I've seen post about bent edges but was sure my order would be okay.
Here's my stack of paper just out of the box...
I'm so bummed  The papers that don't have the branding edge are good, not bends. Two Peas if you see this please change the size of the cardboard you package with. If you just gave that another 1/2 inch it would probably take care of the problem.
I hate to complain...I'm not a complainer but I hate to pay for paper and get bent corners . |

I had the same issue with the last order, except my papers were bent on TWO corners. I was sooooo sad! | |

Did your papers come in plastic on chipboard? My two peas orders always do and I have never gotten bent corners. Just got a box from them on Thursday. |

I had this problem too. I mentioned to Matt that the cardboard didn't seem big enough. He said that the cardboard is 12x12 but that if a manufacturer adds an edge, it is larger than 12x12. I wish they would take that into account. It is such a bummer to receive paper like that. He did what he could but one item was out of stock so I'm sad. I may just have to decide to avoid buying patterned papers until this is resolved. My other items I was happy with. | |

Mine came with one piece of chipboard, maybe it would have helped to have a sandwich of them? I could almost just deal with one corner, but two was maddening! | |

Yes, when I opened my box I was really pleased to see how it was packaged. I had also ordered 4 6x6 pads so those were on top and then some paper and then the cardboard and then more paper. It was all wrapped up tight in plastic. I was sure it would all be good but it's not. I really think if they would make that cardboard piece 12 1/2 x 12 1/2 that would help greatly because with the branding strip, the paper is bending down over that cardboard. |

They must have changed something because in the past the papers were always between sheets of corrugated cardboard in a plastic bag. |

Be sure to contact them. It happened to me, and they did try to make it right. To be honest I do not order 12x12 paper from here anymore, they can't seem to get it right when other companies can. | |

Maybe you can try to place your papers under something heavy for a few days to try and even out those corners on the paper you can't exchange! I know that you shouldn't have to go through the trouble in the first place but maybe it will help! My corners always get bent too but it doesn't bother me too much because I don't scrap 12x12 albums only 8x8 & smaller, very rarely I will scrap a 8.5x11. But I can see how that would bother you!  | |

I made a service ticket, haven't heard back but it's the weekend so I don't expect to until a week day.
I think I can get it straightened out so I think it will be okay. I just wanted to add to those saying the papers are bent so maybe they can figure this out and fix the problem. I do want to say that my package was VERY WELL packed. They had the 4 6x6 pads side by side, my page protectors under that, paper, cardboard and then paper. All of that was wrapped nicely in the plastic bag. It was packed very nice in the box with those air pillow things. I think they took care in packing it, it's not that they just threw it in there. I really think it's that cardboard and when the put the plastic around it all that makes the paper bend over that cardboard because it's about 1/2 inch smaller then the paper.
Really, my posting is so they can see it and know what is going on. How would they fix the problem if none of us ever told them it was happening? |

I too think that this issue could be resolved by that additional 1/2 inch. I didn't have too many problems with the last order, but I have my BF box on the way and am a bit worried  |

I've posted about the cardboard being too short before as well. I order from another site that packs the paper in the bag ( a nice zip lock one) and then tapes the bag to the cardboard which is much longer than 12". My paper doesn't get bend coming that way. |

I have had bent corners several times but have never complained. I have complained about bigger issues and 2peas has been on top of it. I am a perfectionist and hate any bends. Even at a LSS the lady throws the paper in a bag and I am like are you crazy. Anyway, 2peas please keep packaging around cardboard and hopefully it gets to everyone safely. | |

Argh I have 4 orders in various stages. 2 shipped and 2 haven't even been pulled yet! 
Mine have to travel across the world and I'm worries. I got one of my 4 Cherry On Top orders and not only do they ship them out fast, but everything arrived in mint condition.
I hope mine will be OK and that 2Peas fixes your order. | |

Mine we bent way worse but I found it to be a big hassle to get it corrected and I haven't ordered since. I also had several packages of Thickers creased down the middle. Worst day ever! |

I don't think there is anything wrong with letting them know there is a problem. They do not know that it is a problem without us telling them. I have seen this problem mentioned on other web sites so I believe it is hurting their business and that is something they need to be aware of. Back when I first started ordering our papers were 8 1/2 x 11 and there were no branding strips. I'm not sure when the branding strips got so popular to where they were on most papers but with that comes some change in how they package, that's all. I did have some papers in my order that did not have that little extra strip and they are perfect.
You call it complaining, I say it's letting them know it's a problem. I also want to say one more time that my package was packaged very nicely and with care! This is not a problem with them just throwing things in and not trying. I think that a company that does take such care to package an order would surely want to know about this. |

I got my Black Friday order today and my papers were also bent at one corner. I can live with that, but it's good to hear that Two Peas are working on a solution to this problem.

That's good to know. I have had several bent corner orders that I just didn't mess with reporting. But, it will be VERY nice to have the problem eliminated! |

I'm so glad to hear they are doing something about it. I would be contacting them if I have anything bent. I love 2peas and I do shop her occasionally but if I ever get bent papers and I would question shopping here at all. |

Hi guys, I just wanted to update that I got a very nice message from Matt. He assured me that they are changing how they package and trying to fix this problem. I'm so glad to know this and will continue to order for sure!
I know I've said it three times but just in case your scrolling without reading all the post I want to say this again. My package was package very well! That is why I decided to post. Like I said before, I have seen this issue mentioned on other websites, so I know that people are talking about it. I love Two Peas, been here forever so I'd hate to see this keep causing an issue with people not shopping.
Also, I apologize if I'm not making a lot of sense. I seem to have caught an awful bug, I'm really sick, so I feel like I'm not even making a lot of sense but I didn't want to not reply and make it seem as if Two Peas was not doing anything. |
