I placed an order on 11/15/12. I have read a few comments here and there that they are really slow with shipping.
Have any of you ever ordered from them and just never gotten your stuff??
I emailed them just to see the status of the order and never got a reply.
I know it is Christmas and things get crazy for everyone but I am starting to wonder if it got lost or something?? | |

I have ordered from them several times despite hearing the delay in shipping. I have never not received my items but it usually takes several weeks. Whenever I have emailed them, I have not gotten a prompt reply but when I call and leave a message, they call me within a day. Each time I have had an issue, they have resolved it. I would try giving them a call. | |

I have ordered from OMC with the clear expectation that I would not be receiving my items quickly. OMC staff was always helpful, always responsive, and had the best prices on what what I was looking for. Considering I saved a considerable amount of cash ordering from OMC. The time it took to receive my items was the trade-off. |

I got my cameo from them last year about this time. No issues: I knew that they were in high demand, but it still came quicker than I expected. |

I bought my Cameo from them. I had to wait a few weeks but I knew that up front. It came in the time frame they said it would. |

I know that a lot of people have had issues with OMC, but I ordered both my Silhoutte SD and then my Cameo from them last year and I had absolutely NO issues with them whatsoever. In fact, I bought my Cameo on pre-order last October when they were a really HOT item and it shipped 2 weeks BEFORE it was supposed to! So my experience with OMC was positive both times. |

My mother in law and I placed an order together on October 18. We received everything about 3 weeks later minus 2 brand new sizzix embossing folder sets and 1 older retired embossing folder set. The older one was shown to be in stock, and the new ones (we both got same gingerbread set) was listed as shipping mid-October.
Yep- we are still waiting for those 3 items. We have tried contacting them every way possible at least 4 times. We get a generic thanks for your patience, and when we ship we will give you a surprise! Well i don't want a damn surprise, I either want my product or a refund!! 3 months is inexcusable. Especially with no updates or response.
They are notorious for selling things that they don't actually have in stock at the time of order. I always tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because their pricing is excellent, but this last order has just pushed too far.
ETA: forgot to mention that what really gets me is that, IMO, their shipping prices
are quite high unless you spend enough for free shipping. If I pay for priority shipping sometimes as much as 9 bucks for a 20 or less order, I would expect it to get to my door in less than a week. Not a month later!  |

I ordered my Cameo from them. They always kept me posted on the status of my order. I knew I was going to have to wait a bit for it so no surprise there. It came in the time frame that they told me it would. |

I haven't ordered from them in over 1 1/2 yrs, but I had generally good service before, but a couple times the wait was longer than usual. I wouldn't order from them now because things seem to have changed and its too aggravating to deal with them. | |

I posted this on another thread, but I placed an order on 12/22 and it hasn't shipped. I sent an email and nothing. Sent another email and it said something about not receiving my email. That's funny because they sent me an email to tell me that. Next I call, but don't talk to anyone. I left a vm and get an email telling me they need me to email them because they are having phone problems. How did they find my email without the order # I left on my vm. How convenient. I email and they have email problems. I call and they have phone problems. Yeah right! | |

Same here. When I ordered I was aware that I wouldn't get my Cameo for a couple of weeks but surprisingly it showed up in less than a week. |

I FINALLY got my order but it was well over a month before I got it. I finally did get a response back saying that it was because something I had ordered was not in yet and they were having to wait on the shipment until everything came in  | |

They finally shipped the remainder of the order I placed on October 31. I didn't get the last of it until a few days ago. They were showing the item as available the whole time on their website. I will NEVER order from them again, regardless of price. |

I think two months is totally unreasonable. Heck I probably would be over whatever I had ordered at that point. I ordered from them once and had no issues; used flat rate shipping options. | |
