I have been looking for a small, portable printer that I can use mostly for journaling at crops, as well as the occasional photo.

We saw the Canon Pixma iP100 over the weekend ($199). It gets a 4/5 rating. I saw one review where it was stated that when the ink overflow gets full, you need to take it to an authorized Canon dealer to have it emptied. The cost for this service is $50+.

I never heard of an ink overflow with a printer. Does anyone have any experience with this? I don't even know where I would find an authorized Canon dealer.

TIA!

Susan
