|Posted: 12/6/2012 1:32:24 PM|I need some advice on how to go about keeping all my things organized.. I don't have a room I have a wall where I keep my things I have some storage ares but mainly I need some ideas on how to categorize my items and store them.. Like journaling cards, wood venners,button flair, stickers, alphas, 6x6 pads, rhinestones, brads, etc. I like to leave my brads and things in there package so they are not mixed with other ones as well as a lot of my items..
So the big question is... How does everyone organize all of there scrapbooking embellishments and page elements?
I also should mention that I have a sticker stadium that houses most of my stickers and thickers it's all the other items I'm having trouble organizing..

I use mason jars for most of my embellishment storage. I have a tall cabinet (about 6') that I put them in, they used to be on shelves where I could stare at all of my goodies, but I have sinced moved into a place where I can't put holes in the wall.

|Posted: 12/6/2012 2:06:13 PM|If you love to keep things in their original packing, you could consider pegboard. I have that in my craft room and I used it for all of my packed items and if I oopened them and the package wouldn't hold up afterwards I put them in a zip loc bag and punched a hole to hang with. I painted my peg board the same color as my wall so it blended in with the wall. I like to use photo storage boxes for a lot of things. I have about 10 on a shelf just over my desk for my go to items. If you like the same product stored together, you could remove them from the packaging and put them in the small tins and then keep all brads in one photo boxed: labeled "brads" but each product would stay together. They have the little tins at Micheals in the storage section. But I like to go to the wedding aisle , where the wedding favors are,and get a bigger box of say 20 with a coupon. I have a lot of not so expensive storage methods

I just reorganized most of my supplies.
1. papers are in cropper hopper vertical paper holders
2. embellishments are in scraponizers (LOVE THESE!)
3. thickers, letter stickers & regular stickers are in magazine holders (similar to the CH paper holders except they are $1)
4. I use a small three drawer container for stamps, tools and buttons (since I seem to have a million of them..ha!)
|Posted: 12/6/2012 2:56:38 PM|Thanks for all the ideas but I think I'm going with the pegboard since I don't really have counter top space left and all of my other drawers a filled! I can't use the clip it up because I have way too much and I would need a floor stand by the time I'm done lol although I do love that idea.. As far as the rest of my stuff I guess I'll take it one thing at a time lol.. Thanks again for all the ideas! Please contuine to share since this will be an ongoing process for me
