Do you have a craft knife and ruler? You could draw the box on the back and cut it out.

My question: What are the exact dimensions of the outside and inside and the bottom strip??

Thanks!

I can use my old Fiskars gray trimmer to cut an inside square and then trim a rectangle around it. It's a bit tricky to line up the square corners precisely with no over cuts (I'm a perfectionist), but it can be done.

I do all my cuts with a clear ruler with a grid overlay on it, and a utility knife. I have cut Polaroid-like frames the same way. I cut a square/rectangle of cardstock, and then cut out the space in the centre. I use the grid on the ruler to line up against the edges and make sure everything is square and even.

Whatever!
I cut my photo square and make a mat slight bigger and a bit of a rectangle then eye ball it and there you have it a polaroid frame.

I use my Cameo and adjust the size to my photo. If u don't have one. Then I would just eyeball it.

I know it would be after the New Year before I would get it done but I could cut a few with my Cricut and mail them to you to use as templates. They would be very easy to cut with an exacto knife and ruler.

I have used all the methods mentioned above but what I also do is use Picasa to create a "polaroid" using the photo I want to use. I print it, cut it out and use it.

about a week ago this thread popped up in the forum and I listed a bunch of links to diy faux-laroids.
