Anyone have experience? I'm hoping it's good.

I bought my daughter 6 sets of the markers and one of them in the red set was dried out - we tried both ends. I've emailed them asking for a replacement. The store I bought them at is half an hour away so it would be ridiculous for me to have to go and exchange for a whole new pack.

Update: Okay, I finally called and I'll be getting a replacement pen. I told her I left a message a week ago and no one got back to me. The lady apologized - said they've been in and out between the holidays and doing inventory. I wish they'd update their contact page when something like that happens. Did I mention I hate calling people?

I ordered a bunch from Crafter's Companion. I had recently moved and my computers autofill ended up with the right city but wrong state and zip. So essentially it shipped to a town that doesn't exist. When I realized my mistake I called to see if I could get it sent to the right address whenever it showed up, assuming it would be returned to sender. I offered to pay shipping. She insisted on sending me the whole order right away with no additional shipping charges and I had them in two or three days.

So yes great experience. If you don't get a reply right away you might call instead.

If the store is only 30 minutes away (It takes me more than 30 minutes to get to any craft store or decent shopping for that matter. I don't consider it that far.) and you don't like to make calls I would just go to the store. It's inconvenient either way you look at it. Hope you get it worked out.

30 minutes to drive for a new marker is ridiculous. I have no reason to go out that way otherwise. Therefore, it is cost prohibitive. Gas isn't cheap.

If I have to, I will call. But I'd rather not. I really, really dislike calling which I why I chose to use their contact form. Seems to me if they can post on their FB page often enough, they should be replying to messages from their website in a more timely fashion.

I agree that they should have replied by now for sure. It is the holiday season too and I suppose they could be closed? If so, they should have an auto reply so you know.

I hope they get back to you soon

Yes, crafter's companion. But they have a Spectrum Noir website and that's the one I used. Yes, I thought about being the holidays but dang... they apparently have time to post on their FB page.

Well, it's been a WEEK now since I sent the message. Why bother having a contact form if you don't reply to it!?!
