I just got a a subscription and I have a quick question. I got it yesterday so do I have just until the end of December to use this months credits or does the month start from the day you buy it? Thanks for your help!

The subscription starts on the day you purchase. For example, if I purchased today (Dec 28) my credits would be good for 60 days. On Jan 28, I would receive another month's worth of credits in my subscription account. Those credits would then not expire for 60 days. So if I didn't spend any credits until Jan 28, I would have two months worth of credits in my account. I hope this is making sense.

I am not sure how the last month of your subscription works. You may have to use those credits by the end of your subscription. Perhaps someone else knows.

Your last month you do have to use your credits before your subscription expires. Unless you renew for another year.

And make sure you note it's 60 days each month's credits are good for. That is not the same as 2 months. Because some months have 31 days it makes a difference. When you visited the store, you can look up your account information and see when your credits expire.

You may have to use those credits by the end of your subscription.
There was a post about this recently. People were unhappy they had to use it before the last date of the subscription, which means the final month they are good ONLY until that last day, not any time beyond. Someone posted they were given 7 days after, but I got the impression it was some sort of 'favor' they'd done based on what others shared.

Check out the My Account link at the top right of the silhouette online store. It will tell you when credits expire, when you will receive your next installment of credits, how many you have left, etc. I check this to make sure I don't lose any credits.

You have 60 days to use it... If you dont use it you will lose it!
