I have a MM Slice and it died on me after a few cuts yesterday. I've been trying to troubleshoot it but am not having any luck. I tried to go to the Making Memories website but noticed there haven't been any recent posts. And the whyslice.com website looks like it's gone.
I can't figure out how to contact Making Memories or Slice. I found Making Memories on Facebook and messaged them but am not sure I'll hear from them. Of course I bought this little guy last year and hardly used him. I have a ton of cartridges I bought during the M's clearance.
I'm hoping some peas can come to the rescue or give me some info. I really would like to get it up and running again. Thanks for your help!

I had to call them about mine recently and they are all super helpful and nice. Unfortunately they cannot do anything for the original, but they did give me tips to get it going again. (which didnt work). Now Im just saving up for a new one..lol
