I loved my Sure cuts a lot paper trimmer but the blade kept falling out, which was really ticking me off. SO I saw a post about the Memory Keepers trimmer and bought it because it has a rotary blade and it sharpens itself. Sooooo excited.

Sounds a lot like my Dahle Cut Cat. I bought it USED from another photographer at his retirement sale in 1984!!! Cut tons of business cards AND pictures and my craft tags for years. Then started card making and scrapbooking. STILL going strong.

Don't cut the business cards anymore since I finally got a die that cuts 10 business cards at a time with my AccuCut GrandeMARK.

I'm also in the market to buy a new trimmer - I have a Fiskars that I feel doesn't cut straight and the blades get dull quickly. I'll take any suggestions and reviews on your favorites! Eager to hear how you like your new MK rotary trimmer!

I just did a Google search and the only thing I get is the magnetic trimmer with deco blades. Is this what you got? If not could you link one up? My trimmer is toast.

Self sharpening blade? I want that. I've had 3 fiscars cutters & one Martha Stewart one and I have to be SO careful to make sure they cut straight...and I'm tired of buying new blades....

I have had 4paper trimmers, my last one I purchased maybe a year ago and the blade keepers falling out of it, out of frustration I started looking for a trimmer with the blade that stays in the guide (sorry, not very technical). I cold not find any trimmers here, so I went to my next favorite place and watched the video, ding.ding.ding. The way the vid explains its not meant to cut tons of paper 2 sheets of cardstock, 3sheets of pattern paper, I am fine with that because I don't mass produce layouts. I will let you know how it works when I get it.
