Hi all! I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to use buttons in unique ways on a layout... Last night I was doing some organizing of my scrapbooking supplies (a task that is never done, right?? and I realized that I have about a billion buttons and I just don't know any fun ways to use them... I've clustered them, and used twine to make them cutesy, but otherwise, I am stumped. Any suggestions? I may need some Glitter Girl rescuing on this one?? Thanks so much!

I think it was Pinterest where I saw it, (sorry, can't remember) but they layered buttons over leaves to look like flower blossoms. Really cute way to use them!

Oh I love buttons
I have well over 100,000. Most vintage mother of pearl.
IMOP, one can never have too many

Have you looked at Pinterest? There's a lot of great idea there. You can search for 'buttons' and see loads

Also you can search the gallery here for buttons and find do many wonderful ideas

Oh, and there are so many books with button ideas. Check your local library. My kids buy me button books when they find them

i have thousands of buttons too. they are sorted by size and color and are in lovely little jars on a double decker spinning tray. and this weekend i bought hundreds more. sick. sometimes i like to group them randomly on a page just to fill space.

Thanks for the pinterest tip. I also have a lot of buttons and when I searched pinterest for "scrapbook buttons", it brought up a number of boards with many great ideas for using them.
