Just had to post about Scrapbook Generation's incredible customer service. I received my order today from the after Christmas sale and instead of the kits I ordered I found a box full of sketchbooks. I emailed them right away and was told that not only are they resending my correct order but that I can keep the order I have.

All of the sketchbooks have been on my wish list for a long while so this just made my scrappy year!!!
