So I recieved one of them for being a "loyal" customer & I go to use it during Check out with the free shipping code & it won't allow me to use both! So I checked the fine print under the customer loyalty program and it says your discount can be used with other twopeas coupons including the free shipping! Well apparently it can't be done, I guess unless you already have earned that level of discount with out having to type in a code I'm assuming? So in the end not only did i loose my 15% discount that i only had for 2 months when I should have had it for at least a year as stated but i now can't even get free shipping with my loyal discount code! It was more beneficial to use the free shipping code then the 10% because I would save $7.09 with shipping and only $4.55 with the 10%..
So pretty much the "great" offers there going to send you when you get to a higher level are useless because you can't combine both! & to think I was really starting to not get annoyed anymore at this new change because they sent me extra points and a coupon code! Ugh, I'm so mad!

You can't use two coupons (or three.. or...) at once. So you can't use the loyalty COUPON with the free shipping COUPON. Both of these need a code you put into your cart.
The loyalty discount comes off automatically. You should see it under each item, a price reduction listed as a % loyalty discount.
You can use the automatic loyalty discount with either the additional discount COUPON *or* the free shipping COUPON.

But the coupon I got in an email isn't a regular coupon it's a loyalty discount it even says so in the email and in my cart when I check out and there policy states that you can use your loyalty discount combined with free shipping just because I received it in a code form shouldn't disqualify me from being able to use it with free shipping ESPECIALLY since one they changed this policy on us without any notice, prior warning, etc. two whatever discount you receive your supposed to have it for a year I only had mine for 2 months , three its almost impossible as a scrapper who only scraps for themselves and doesn't buy and sell to reach that 15% again AND maintain it yearly! & last but not least the old program you where able to still use your loyalty discount on sale items, with free shipping , etc. now you can't use it with sale items or free shipping unless its not a coupon code!
Honest to god I purchased on a weekly bases here if not daily at some point and I feel like this program isn't showing that they care about our loyalty! I completely understand them having to change the program because the economy has changed, but i feel the reason why I was so loyal to twopeas was because of that nice 15% off plus the free shipping and it made me buy more because of it and I wouldn't ever shop anywhere else BUT twopeas! Turning down other 25% off to 40% off coupons and other great offers at other online retailers because I loved twopeas so much! Now I'm just annoyed!
Maybe if they kept the policy and made some changes like being able to get free shipping with the loyalty discount codes that they send you, earring more points for more things like reviews, challenges etc. because so far other then the CHA events there hasn't been any point earning other then shopping! That's just my option and how i feel about this new program! Sry twopeas I love you guys but this is really starting to annoy me!

Hey, I agree with you. I am no fan of the new programme, the change, or the way it was handled.
I received the same email, and it isn't a loyalty discount the same way our "regular" loyalty discounts are. There is a coupon code, it even says "coupon code" in the email. I didn't consider it to be the same as our loyalty discount.

FWIW, someone told a customer via email that you can also earn up to 750 points a month by chatting (5 pts per post up to 300 excluding the NSBR board)) and gallery uploads (points for up to 5 uploads per month). I did notice that I got 5 points per post in FSOT separate from the points for posting in CHA 13 and GS during the social

I still think with coupons like that you should be able to combine and get free shipping since they changed this program for the worse doing that might keep people from shopping else where! All I know is I was extremely PO when this happened because its CHA time and my list is 4 front to back pages long I was really depending on that discount! But when I received the two emails the other day one with the code and one with the bonus points i was excited about it..I figured maybe it won't be so bad or even that hard to get back to 15% .. But I'm wondering if maybe that's only gonna be a very once in the while thing because they received such bad feed back about the policy change they had to do some kinda damage control.. Idk! I honestly hate complaining like this, it really bothers me especially considering I love twopeas so much and never had any issues with them! I just hope things will change for the better!

I'm actually worried if the free shipping is going to continue. Before it seemed like it was in every 2ps was the code. So far I've only seen it in one email and that came out before the change.
So it might not be an issue soon.
BTW I had the same thing happen, choosing between additional discount or free shipping. I was disappointed but it did stop me from putting in my order.

I haven't gotten points for chatting all day. And only points for two layouts that I've uploaded. I don't care for the new program. I think they only gave code( no offense) to those that really threw fits about it! I spend a great deal of money here too and because I didn't come and pitch a fit I didn't get a code that was right. It seems very one sided.

I dont think the discount was given just to people who threw fits, because I wrote to them and basically got blown off. Ill voice my opinion by not shopping here anymore, and I encourage everyone else to do the same if you really want your opinion heard. Making angry posts and then shopping here anyway is no way to make your voice matter.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe you have to have a certain amount of points in order to recieve that discount code as well as the bonus points which makes sence I don't disagree with that, majority of loyalty programs are like that not just here.. Hence the point of being a "loyal" customer means you spend more money and recieve more reward! And quite a few people recieved the discount code and bonus points so I know it wasn't because I wrote a post about it! If look under the loyalty program there two different 5% rewards one without bonuses and one with as well as other higher discounts.. I thought about not shopping here anymore because of the change but honestly name one website on the Internet that is like this place? I haven't found one yet.. And if I do then ill consider the change If nothing is done about the program, but since the change has been made I've only made one purchase and that was the one I stated above.. Normally I would have made at least 2 to 3 because of my discount so they may have not lost my business entirely but they have lost more then half of it! Besides I still contuine to use all there free resources like the daily videos, and the MSG board! I don't think it would be fair to them to have people logging in and doing everything on this site but shop, after all that could be the reason in the first place that they had to change the policy! & as far as the free shipping codes not being in the emails they mention that the codes where left out do to the special holiday emails and that they will contuine to offer free shipping.. I guess for now anyways!

No I had enough I double checked once you enter in one code it uses that then if you where to enter In another code right after it will take the first one away and replace it with the code you just entered! I suppose I couldn't use it with free shipping because its a code they gave me to enter In and you can't use two even though it clearly states that its a loyalty discount code I guess it still doesn't matter! They should either except both only for the loyalty discount codes or re wright there policy it states that YOU CANNOT COMBINE ANY TWO CODES TOGETHER! Because right now it says you can..
