Obviously I don't mean the food! Haha. I have seen references to frozen peas, but don't know what it is about?!?!

Peas who have agreed to 'freeze' their spending and not buy any scrapbooking supplies for a period of time. Some frozen peas have exceptions, like they are allowed to buy adhesive or page protectors or process photos, etc.

It's an informal support group to help people who want to not spend $$ on scrapbook supplies. Each person brings a different goal to the group, and there's no punishment if you go over to Hobby Lobby and load the cart. Just support if you want an understanding ear when you're trying to stick to a goal.

I don't think the phrase has been around that long, actually. And obviously, I'm not a frozen Pea!
