Saw this on a nonscrappy blog I read and thought how perfect it would be for so many of our little bits and bobs.

Affordable storage

Right up our alley huh?

I recently made my own box out of left over chipboard and masking tape.. this is a great alternative.

That's a great idea

Not sure I would use something as lovely as Everyday Eclectic to line drawers, but it would be perfect to use up old papers!

That is very cute! I'm glad she gave instructions, because I usually fail at covering things with paper that are 3-dimensional.

I was sooo inspired by that post! I decided to give it a try. Gathered some cereal and granola bar boxes, wrapping paper, and the rest of the supplies. Started cutting and NO it didn't work for me. Maybe it's just my inability to measure completely accurately...or my lack of patience... but I gave up on this project...

I like it! I generally suck at measuring and such, but I think I'll give this a try with the catchall drawers in my dining room.

I wish I had seen this before staying with my Mom for three days with no internet other than my phone. I cleaned out her pantry. I would have kept some of the boxes. This is a really neat idea. Then again I could even make my own boxes...but why when they are right there. I have some cereal boxes that now I didn't break them down to store. I always do the wrong thing

Thanks! I looked at her House tour on the blog and love her house. She and her husband did such a good job on their house and the decorating looks professional! She is very fortunate that she and her husband have the same decorating style! That makes all the difference. My husband and I are at opposite ends of the decorating, so it's pretty much a compromise in each room. I would love to be able to do what she did.

I had trouble scrolling down her blog. IS it my computer or does anyone else have that problem. I hope I can fix it because I want to really spend time on her blog.

Thanks for sharing the blog!
