Did you make an order 12 months ago?
Your points "expire" after 12 months, so they will come off your current total as your orders from last year reach that 12 month mark.

I can't stop laughing. Not at you, Ashley, but at this program. This was fine print I had not stopped to read.
I've been here for 10 years and only have 34,000 points to get to where I was at before (15 . 34,000+ seemed like an unreachable goal and now I have to keep it there and maintain it for or a year? and what about the people on the app? They don't get any points when they use the app.
I'm sorry, Ashley. I like you (so please don't dump me as a FB friend) and I know you're trying to keep this upbeat and positive. I just find the whole thing silly and the goal unattainable.
I'm going to try to step away again... |

Don't worry, I'm not going to jump on you.
However, I do have to say that the rolling 12 year expiration was in place for the previous program, too. The dollars you spent that counted towards the loyalty discount expired after 12 months. |

Yes, I did know that. I was able to keep spending enough money to maintain the 15% discount.
Thanks! |

Velouria- I have to say I'm really surprised you're still here - for 2 reasons... Not to be mean... But I'm surprised 2peas still allows you, and second that you haven't left on your own. I understand your frustration with the new system but I am shocked that your constant sarcasm and snarky/rude comments about 2peas, and about them teaming up with Provo craft are being tolerated. Nobody is forcing you to be here, so if you don't like this place as much as your comments portray you're more than welcome to join another site. Being frustrated is one thing, but constant negativity is definitely another, and that's simply something we don't need. |

She's been here 10 YEARS. If 2peas had a problem with her, they would have banned her by now. Quickly scanning her posts from this week, the loyalty program posts were the only "negative" posts.

Thanks, Vexed Angel. That's one of the things I love about 2Peas (even though I'm mad at them right now). They usually listen to all comments/feedback.
I admit I may have been a little too sarcastic during the day. However, if I really didn't care, I wouldn't complain and I'd just take my $$ somewhere else.

I'm not happy at all with this new change either & I have done my share of complaining about it.. But i don't think it's going to change the program back! In my honest opionion I was beyond livid when I first saw the new change because I had just gotten my 15% less then 2 months prior and was supposed to have it for a year.. But then when twopeas sent out those coupons and extra bonus points I thought to myself well maybe it's not so bad or impossible to get back to that 15% then something else happened and so on... after some time & thinking about it.. Yea it's not gonna be easy if at all possible for most to get there 15% again but in realty the program twopeas had before this was a VERY generous program I haven't seen a store to this date that offers a discount like that and only having to spend under $2,000 to get it & on top of it being able to combine it with other coupons and using it on sale items in the store plus free shipping!
My guess is twopeas were losing some serious money and a change needed to happen, after all this Economey is in the dumps .. Nothing is the same anymore! & last but not least everyone needs to think about the fact that this site offers so many free resources that cost them money to provide for us peas like all those daily free videos, this thread, & so on.. It seems like everyone wants to stop shopping at twopeas and hate on them but have no problem still taking advantage of there free resources they have to offer! This is just my opionion I'm not directing this comment to anyone in particular and yes I was very upset with twopeas at first about this change but now I think i can understand why they did it! |

There is a limit to the amount of post you can do to earn rewards and I believe it's 300 points which would be 60 mb post! Count them under your contant and see if you have reached your limit for the month! All the info is in the post Jamie did about CHA & as far as earring points for being active after the CHA social.. Like on a regular bases I'm not sure how its gonna work I haven't seen anything written in stone about it only talking about that they where gonna do something I'm curious to see if it will be the same 300 points max for the month for mb post! Also you can upload layouts for 200 points a layout and the max is 1,000 points earned or 5 LO uploads! Not sure if its still going on since this was for the CHA social i think she put the deadlines for the Los on her post too! |

The CHA event is over so I believe so is all the point earning as well, even if you haven't reached your 300 point limit! Like I said before I don't think it's an on going thing where every time you post or upload and so on you get points I believe it's only during certain times and events.. Maybe in the near future they will have it like that (let's HOPE SO!!!) but I don't believe it's like that now.. Unless everyone just went crazy posting and reached there limit for the month lol.. Guess will all find out February 1st when the new month starts! I hope they do figure out something where we can earn points all the time not just for shopping! |

I don't see how they can put a cap on it per day if it's a revolving point system. |

At the moment (aside from the CHA bonus 1,000 points you can earn from uploading projects to the gallery, which does not affect monthly cap on point earning in the gallery) here is how you can currently earn points from the community:
Message board: 5 points/post (up to 300 pts/month)
Project uploads: 25 points/project (up to 325 pts/month)
Your first 5 gallery project posts before January 20th at 11:59 PM CST are worth 225 points. After 12 months, this would add up to 7,500 points if you stay completely active (not accounting for bonus point offers, such as the one we're currently offering in the gallery). That is how it works at the moment, and we will let you know if anything changes. Message board posts to the NSBR do not count.
Is this what you're referring to Jjmikrut143?
If I'm reading this correctly, you max out at 300 chatty points (not in NSBR) per month, or 3600 per year.
There is a max on gallery posting of 325 points per month or, 3900 per year.
So by chatting (but not in NSBR) and posting in the gallery we can only receive 7500 points per year???
How is a person supposed to get to 50,000 points when there is a maximum you can earn per month and then after a year, you start losing points during their expiration???
I think they said 10 points for every regularly priced item you purchased. So, if my calculations are correct, a person would have to spend $4,250+ per year to get to 50,000 points. and then you'd only be able to use the discount for what, a day? since the points expire after a year??
It used to be you had to maintain a annual spending minimum of $1500 to get the 15%.
Now it's this?
3600 chatty points (but not in NSBR)
3900 gallery points
$4250 spent per year (on regular priced merchandise only)
Can someone please check my math? This can't be correct. Of course, we'll earn the occasional bonus points here and there but I don't know, it looks like a very difficult and frustrating goal to try to reach. |

As of this morning, I lost all of the points I worked so hard to get during the CHA activities. Earning them was very time consuming, and now I'm back where I started. I can't consistently spend that kind of time per month to earn points. And beginning in January next year, I will loose points at the same rate I added them this year, so I'll have to participate at the same rate just to break even.
To tell the truth, at this point I don't even care if I earn a 5% discount, when I used to get 15%. I'll move on and make buying decisions based on where I get the best price. What annoys me is that I need to spend $1,500 to be able to know about special sales and promotions. I've shopped here for 12 yrs, almost exclusively, and have been a member on the boards for 11 yrs. Shouldn't being a regular customer here be enough to get be VIP deals and sales? It is at most other stores that offer them.
I am so disappointed by this change and how it was handled. Although it may have needed to be done for financial reasons, the way it was implemented was atrocious. As a company, you always want to control the communication and perception of any change you make, especially when you know core costumes are going to be affected. Being ahead of the game and prepared to handle bumps in the road is key. It feels like this was a rushed change and 2 Peas is behind the ball on this one. I for one am done playing the game. |

I have only been here 7 years, but I totally agree! This is the part of the "new" customer loyalty program that gets me upset the most. Shouldn't being a regular customer count for something - IT MOST CERTAINLY SHOULD. |

I am still sticking to my point that anyone who earned the discount under the OLD program and was promised it for a year should STILL get that discount level for an entire year as promised.
I don't shop here, other than one single purchase I have made because I never bought enough to qualify for any discount but it is not fair to those who earned the old discount to now have it taken away. They should have grandfathered those Peas.
I personally think their new discount tier is not obtainable for most people. |

My points keep going down too. What gives? I didn't have any old order dates roll past either. I'm kind of bummed about this. I had just gotten the 10% discount. |

WHAT?! You can't post from an app? Shouldn't I be getting points by logging in to the app? |

I don't make any purchases here. Is there any reason I should worry about these points???
I agree with all of you and understand your frustration. I'm just trying to understand if it affects someone who doesn't make purchases.
Thanks! |
