I know someone posted how to do this but I can't find it and I tried googling it. Does anyone have the link to the thread or know how to do it. I am trying to find it so my DD11 can learn to do it and print her own photos. She wants photos to put in her minibook and needs the 2x3 and I can't use a lot of the popular softwares as I have a Mac..and just don't want to download another software program and would rather use what we have and I prefer she do it in Word as she is comfortable with that program. Thanks

I just got the app Picframe. It was 99 cents and is very easy to use. Change the ratio from 1:1 to 4:3.

I use PhotoSheet. Super easy and free!

I always use Photoshop to make mine but if you want to use Word:

1. Open a blank document in Microsoft Word.
2. Click the “Insert” tab. Click “Picture” under the “Illustrations” group.
3. Select the picture you want to insert then click “Insert.”
4. Right-click the photo. Click "Format Picture" a box will open up
5. Click the “Size” tab and Make sure “Lock Aspect Ratio” and “Relative to Original Picture Size" are checked
5. Enter “2” and “3” in the height and width boxes. Click “OK.”*
6. Repeat these steps to insert more 2 x 3 pictures into the word document.

* Note: Depending on the original size of your photo, when you type 2 and 3 in the height and width boxes, you may end up with a size thats not exactly 2x3. It may be like 2.67x2 or 3x4 etc. If this is the case you can then go back and "Crop" the photo down to 2x3 with the crop tool.

Let me know if that works for you! Feel free to peamail me

I was going to suggest the same as Sallymae, although if they made a Photosheet for Mac, that would be even better.

Photosheet (amazingly at this point) is not available to Mac users

If you have an Epson Picturemate, check out my tutorial HERE.

If not, Pea mercytiera has a tutorial using iPhoto.

Thanks everyone!
Sillymae I was able to follow your directions so I now have almost a full sheet full of 2x3's I will just print them with a large photo paper versus a 4x6 which I haven't quite figured out that one...now my DD can stop asking me to print photos for her she can do it herself i with your directions she was pretty good with word just didn't know an easy to resize the pictures!

Erika thanks for the tip about mercytiara's tutorial for iphoto I will check that out for sure!

What about the software that comes with your printer? I have a canon pixma and when I go to print my images it gives me the option to place 2 photos on 1 4x6 sheet, I believe that's standard for most printing.. Next time you print a photo and the dialog box appears check to see if there is an option to change the photo size to that!
