So I have some OLD Technique Tuesday alpha stamps, like 6-7 years old. I haven't looked into it yet, but they're probably retired. I was trying to take the lowercase "t" off of the cling sheet, when it ripped in half. I'm hoping it will still stamp ok, without the ripped line showing. I'm so mad at myself, I can't believe I did that. Wonder if there's anywhere you can go to buy replacement letters? Thanks for letting me vent. Only the peas would understand. |

I have done that. And lost some from the same alphabets behind my scrap desk (Thanks kitties!) Which means I've had to mix two alphabets together. |

You can glue the stamp back together with some liquid glass or diamond glaze. I have done this many times with clear stamps.

if you have a little 'crack' in your stamped letter, just fill it in with a matching marker/pen color. I actually do that with rubons that don't come off right. |

Contact tt. In the past you were able to purchase a replacement single stamp. |

Thanks for all the suggestions. I'll try contacting TT first. If that doesn't work, I'll definitely look into the glue. I'm just so mad at myself for doing that. |

If it's from a set you don't use that often, I would probably just leave it in two pieces. Stamp one piece and then very slightly overlap where you stamp the other piece. But I would definitely try contacting TT first, I'm sure they will help if they can. |

That stinks. I've had several cheap-o, no name or $1 clear stamps do that to me over the years. I just expect it from cheap stuff but I would not expect it from Technique Tuesday. I'd contact them and see if they can help or hit the FSOT board and see if somebody is willing to part with the set if it is one you use often and love.

I am pretty rough with my stamps and have never had a problem. Now I'll be more careful because I know it can happen. Thanks for sharing, I hope you find a solution |
