Hi Jamie,

I have seen a number of peas mention details they have heard through the service centre support about the way to earn points, but it is hard to find this information as it is spread throughout the MB. Could you please update your sticky with the full details on how we earn points and what the monthly limits and opportunities are?

Thanks for the link, but you get points for regular contribution to the message boards, uploading layouts and commenting in the gallery, up to limits each month, and other things, I believe. I just wanted Jamie to outline that side of the program in her sticky at the top of the forum, since there is information about it circulating in other threads but it is hard to find it all.

Here's my breakdown from another thread:


If I'm reading this correctly, you max out at 300 chatty points (not in NSBR) per month, or 3600 per year.

There is a max on gallery posting of 325 points per month or, 3900 per year.

So by chatting (but not in NSBR) and posting in the gallery we can only receive 7500 points per year???

How is a person supposed to get to 50,000 points when there is a maximum you can earn per month and then after a year, you start losing points during their expiration???

I think they said 10 points for every regularly priced item you purchased. So, if my calculations are correct, a person would have to spend $4,250+ per year to get to 50,000 points. and then you'd only be able to use the discount for what, a day? since the points expire after a year??

It used to be you had to maintain a annual spending minimum of $1500 to get the 15%.

Now it's this?

3600 chatty points (but not in NSBR)
3900 gallery points
$4250 spent per year (on regular priced merchandise only)

Can someone please check my math? This can't be correct. Of course, we'll earn the occasional bonus points here and there but I don't know, it looks like a very difficult and frustrating goal to try to reach.




how do we know when we start losing points? What if we lose points one month but we've reached our maximum earning for the month AND we lose a % but there is no way to gain it back because we've maxed out the month.

Does that last question make sense?

oh, and now somehow over night I received several hundred (maybe) points and I have no idea why.

I uploaded a layout yesterday evening and my points didn't increase at all.

hmmm...just checked and the extra points are not because I'm starting a "new month" and earning chatty points again. I'm still not earning points for posting.

I am not getting points except when I loaded a couple of things in the gallery the other day. I knew during CHA it was points for posting in the CHA forum or general forum, I believe. And I did get those points just from a general glance.

I did not realize that I would no longer get points after CHA for posting in general forum.

I'm not a big poster, but do enjoy occasionally posting. So I'm not posting to just get points. But I, too, would appreciate knowing exactly what and when we get these points.

<< confused The worst part about this program is the expiring points. But this is 2P's playground, they get to make the rules.

Now if only the points didn't expire (like those other sites....)

When it comes right down to it, this place does provide us with great place to learn more about our craft. This I appreciate.

I, too, would also like a formal statement on the rules and details of this new Loyalty Program.

First, they start this program without any warning, then they don't clarify all the fine print..

I think we'd all appreciate a thorough explanation from the powers that be..

Did anyone ever hear an update on posting through the app? Maybe that is why some of you aren't seeing points update after chatting? I know that wasn't working originally. I have never checked mine so I don't know if I have been getting them or not.

I came here for the camaraderie and learning. I am not really prone to buy here because we have a lot of local stores (owned by my friends) and I am a touchy-feely person. I want it to break in the store before I pay for it.
I do wonder about the Greenie number. Last week I was an 8, now I'm a 7. What did I do?

trixie- Hover your mouse on the store tab up on the top left side of the screen. Then on on the drop down menu that appears click on the customer loyalty program. It will show you your points.

Another who would love more info.

I got points during CHA, but none for posting (or uploading to the gallery) since. And I placed an order last night, and my points only went up by 25. I know that sale product doesn't get you points, but I had enough regular-priced items to receive free shipping, so at least $50 worth - which should have gotten me 500 points, right?

Okay, I've just updated the announcement with the regular participation point information. Thank you for your patience. Our customer loyalty page will be updated as well.

Message board: 5 points/post (not on the NSBR, up to 300 pts/month)
Project uploads: 25 points/project (up to 325 pts/month

When we first launched there may have been some troubles awarding points for participation from the app, however, it's my understanding that was corrected and things have been awarded smoothly since.

If you believe you earned points, but don't see them updating, you most likely have reached the monthly max.

Points for orders are awarded when the order ships from our warehouse as that is when we capture the payment for an order. Sorry for the confusion!

So did the CHA layouts and chat points overlap the monthly points? IE, I have not seen any increase in chat points since I met the CHA social limit. Given that that was billed as a special event and perk of participating in the social, should it not have been a separate point pool? In any case, thanks for clarifying
