How do you keep track of all that you have going on in terms of Scrapbooking stuff? I have some incomplete P365 projects I want to finish, Baby books, vacation, reunion etc. All projects I want to complete but thinking about them just overwhelms me.

How do you keep track of all that you'd like to get done or have on your scrapbooking plate?

I make page kits and store my work-in-progress (OK, they are UFO's ) in boxes and envelopes. The boxes are clear of have a color and big enough to fit a whole mini album in. The envelopes -also clear- are good enough for some paper and embellishments. I label them with masking tape and a sharpie.

My photo's are in photo-size envelopes in 'shoe boxes' with the subject on a sticky note and sometimes even a sketch. If there is more (folders, tickets, and so on) and I am not planning to do it soon; usually no matching paper yet, etc., I have them in binders with those letter sized clear pockets.

Hope it makes sense..

I like the idea of storing the way you suggested. I will admit though that I don't really store my ufo's. I leave them right in the middle of the pad that I scrap on. That way they don't stay UFO's for very long. But I'd love to be a little more organized... that's for sure!

I put a list of the projects on my white board. Then I pick one to work on - and hopefully cross off the list.

I keep a small notebook and write down ideas and pages I want to do. That way I won't forget it. It ends up being a continuous list. Then *hopefully* I will eventually get to it.

I actually keep a pretty detailed spread sheet. I have three kiddos and a seperate family album so It could get reall confusing. The spreadsheet allows me to go through photos, date it and give it a potential title. I highlight them when the layout gets done.

For minis and smaller projects I have drawers marked "In Progress" that way all the supplies for that specific mini stay together.

Hope this helps.
