It depends on what your looking for exactly I have some app reviews on my site about apps that are good for iPhone users. I just did a blog post with some examples of fun photo apps I've been using Photo apps post .
My fav this week is Pixlr-o-matic because it has some bokeh effects. Very fun!
There are tons of very similar photo apps out there in the google play and app stores. If you start playing around with them, you'll find a couple that stand out for you. |

Get an app called apps gone free
Usually three or four days a week they feature photo apps for free. It's great to try them out |

My faves so far other than instagram are blux pro, halftone, snapseed, and instant 110.
Wood camera is good too, similar to instagram, works the same way but has different looks with separate frames you can add. Supr8 is interesting, set in a dark room processing style, so you add different processing chemicals, camera types and film types.
I do have photoshop express but I haven't tried it out much yet.. hate to say I'm not that hooked on it so far. I use photoshop on my PC too, so I was a bit surprised by that.
If you download 'appsgonefree' you get a selection of apps that are free for download for a limited time. They tend to have photo apps often, so you could always try some out and see if you like them. |

I like Camera +, because I can apply different effects to my photos, including adding a flash effect when I didn't use one. |
