Can someone explain this to me please! I am a new card kit subscriber. I've received two so far. So here's where I'm confused - when exactly can I buy the add-on kits, and isn't it supposed to be before they are available to the general public.
The reason I ask is that when I click on the website, it says that add-ons will be available on 1/27, but the email I just received today says 1/28.
Somebody help me out! |

You can buy the add ons on the 27th at 12 pm EST if you are a kit subscriber otherwise the add ons are available at 12 am EST on the 28th for the general public or for those subscribers that may not have been able to get a add on during the presale on the 27th! Hope that helps it is a bit confusing for sure! | |

Thank you! I am wondering if they have me on the right list because the email I received said the 28th. Does everyone get that email, subscriber or not?
Also, when will we be able to see the full kits? Sometime before Noon? |

That is normal, I'm a subscriber mine also says the 28th. I know that at 12 PM tomorrow, as long as I am logged in, I can see under kits a presale tab and that is where I order from. | |

I agree, 12am would be almost impossible for me...that's why I've subbed so I get the 12noon slot

There is no time that works for everyone as they have subbers all around the world. Subber reveal is 9:00 am for me, which unless it is a weekend is a really difficult time for me to be online due to my job. There is simply no time that would ever work for everyone, or even most people. |

In answer to your question I am not sure if non subscribers get that same email. Also you won't be able to see the full kits until the presale opens. For those people that have subscriptions that can't go online when the presale starts I do beleive SC holds back a certain percentage of the kits and puts them up for sale on the 28th general public sale! | |

If you are logged in to SC and you are a subscriber it is going to tell you that kits are available for purchase 27th during presale because you are a subber. The general email that goes out to the public says 28th because that is when everyone else can purchase. HTH!
I think there's a lot of info about presale under the FAQs. After the first month, you get the hang of it. |

ALSO! Check your email right before presale tomorrow for an exclusive subscriber only email that will include a coupon of some sort to use at presale. Last month it was a 10% off two of the add-ons. |

Thanks for all of the great information! It does indeed say the 27th when I am logged in so I guess I am set.
One more question - Do the add- ons generally sell out during the pre-sale? Last month I checked 2 days later and just about everything was gone.
And one more question - sorry! Is the pre-sale only open for a certain period of time? For example from Noon until 2 pm, or is it open from noon until midnight when they open it up to the public? |

Yes, the add-ons generally do sell out in the pre-sale, but they also hold some back for the realease at 12:00 AM on the 28th if you miss out on one you want at 12:00 PM tomorrow.
The presale is for 12 hours - 12:00 PM on 27th to 12:00 AM on 28th. |
