What kind of rubber stamps are blue rubber and cling? What company?

I have a bunch of stamps that haven't been cut out yet. They come in a plastic box like Stampin' Up and are blue rubber and cling to a clear block. Does anyone know what company they are??? I've been trying to identify them but I can't. They also have numbers on them in the corners like 2634, etc.

I figured if anyone knows, the peas would know!!! TIA!!!
